Detached Garden Suites (DGS) and Laneway Homes are a fantastic way to utilize your property and provide an opportunity for either rental income or convenient housing for family and friends. ⁠

We will produce a very detailed preliminary budget estimate that will be utilised as a baseline for the design. We then move into design of the home with our focusing on functionality of the space and understanding the needs of who will be living in the garden suite while staying within your budget.
